I went to the mall today and I picked up some new makeup... One of the items being the new Viva Glam Gaga II Lip Glass :] I bought the lipstick a few days ago and I'm totally in love with it, so of course I needed the lipglass to wear over it :] The lipglass is also a gorgeous light to medium nude... very neutral... and like most MAC lipglasses, has a very small amount of micro-shimmer running through it, which is unnoticeable when on the lips. What I love most about this particular lipglass is it's PIGMENTATION!!!! Finally a lipglass that can stand on it's own :] In the past I've been kinda disappointed by so many lipglasses that look so gorgeous on the tube but show up as a clear gloss on the lips!!! VVG2LG is a really pretty creamy kind of nude that adds dimension to the lips... I've been trying to stay away from the washed out/zombie lip look lately, and this stuff helps mute the lips a bit and adds a gorgeous sheen to the lips... And OF COURSE it looks great with a smokey eye :] Okay I've babbled on long enough about this stuff. Let me know what YOU think of it :] Is it JUST another nude? Is it too dark or too light for your skin-tone? Do you feel like this stuff washes you out?

MAC Honeylove Lipstick
Honeylove is the first lipstick I ever bought from MAC... I was still in high school when I started wearing this shade. It's a gorgeous warm-toned medium nude with just the right amount of pink. It's one of those awesome nudes that doesn't wash you out/make you look like a ghost. I especially love wearing this lipstick when I have a tan. It looks great as a base lipstick for a nude lip- I like to wear Myth or Creme d'Nude over it a lot of the time. It has a matte texture but it's not drying at all. I personally feel that Honeylove is flattering on a broader range of skin-tones and loves great alone or under a nude gloss. It's still one of my go-to lipsticks after all these years for a reason :] Anyone else love Honeylove? Check it out when you get the chance... you just might love it!!!!!

MAC Studio Fix: Powder Plus Foundation
This has been my favorite powder foundation for YEARS now. I think I picked up my first compact of it when I was just in high school. I've had an on-and-off-again relationship with this product, but somehow, I always seem to go back to it. I love it so much, I tend to keep back-ups of it all over the place. I love it because you can use it very sheerly just to help even out your skin-tone just a little bit, you can use it to set your liquid or cream foundation, you can use it to blot your oily spots when you get shiny, you can use it to conveniently touch up throughout the day, and so much more :] I've tried many many many different powder foundations, from YSL to Shiseido to Chanel to Dior to Smashbox to Maybelline... and I must say, I love the quality and quantity of Studio Fix Powder Foundation compared to lots of the other ones I've tried. It has great coverage, if you put enough of it on, in conjunction with the right primer, can have you looking flawless<333 I don't make the cake-iness that it sometimes imparts. It sucks oil up very well... you don't have to worry about being shiny when you have this stuff sitting around :] It's easy to apply so it makes foundation application on-the-go very easy, and it's nowhere near as messy or high-maintenance as liquid foundation. It's one of MAC's most popular products and it comes in a myriad of shades sure to match anyone with skin. I like to apply it with a large fluffy powder brush to keep it from looking too thick but you can apply it with a sponge to get better coverage. Sooooo... Do you use MAC's Studio Fix Powder Foundation? Or do you find it to be to heavy or cakey? Tell me your thoughts :]
